“War on Terror is a false concept”
Terrorism cannot be combated by military means, and the “War on Terror” is a false concept, believes former French anti-terror magistrate Jean-Louis Brugière.
“If you torture someone, you want to extort information. But that means that in fact you don’t have any background of the issue. You don’t need to torture if you have a background. We have to change this approach,” he told RT.
